A girl, actually an older lady now, I went to high school with lives in Stowe, Vermont. I happened to notice in the latest Model Yachting magazine that there was a J Boat Region 1 Championship scheduled for June 1 and 2 at the Commodore's Inn in Stowe less than 3 miles from where she lives. She had shown some interest in RC yachts in the past so I let her know of the upcoming event and suggested that she might want to take a look at these big guys. She went today, June 1, and got these pictures of the boats on the water.
